Attorney Mehmet Akif Uslu, who is the Founding Partner of Rayan Law Firm, registered to the Istanbul Bar Association after his education at the Faculty of Law. He carried out academic studies at Kyiv Law University and wrote a column on law and agenda in Yenibakış and Sonsöz newspapers. He gave seminars on Environmental Law at the Malaysia-Turkey joint symposium and on Business Law at Istanbul Aydın University.

Although he has theses on Securities and Real Estate Securities, especially Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, Foreigners Law and Citizenship Law; Digital Currency Law, Enforcement Law, Family Law and Labor Law are his areas of expertise.

He gives speeches in national and international newspapers and television broadcasts on Real Estate and Rental Law.

Continuing his academic studies at the master's level in the field of Private Law, Uslu continues to provide legal and commercial consultancy services for foreign companies, resolving disputes in the field of International and National Commercial Law, acquiring Turkish citizenship and resolving disputes arising from Real Estate Law.

He has knowledge of Native Speaker (Advanced) Legal English, Upper Intermediate (Intermediate-Advanced) Arabic language and is a sworn translator in English.
